EcoFlow’s 3rd-gen Wave portable air conditioner is more powerful than ever, and includes a heater, and their all-new Glacier electric cooler lets you run single or dual zones depending on needs.
The EcoFlow Wave 3 has 6100 BTU cooling capacity (1000 more than prior model) and 6800 BTU heating, and it cools a small space by 15ºF in as little as 15 minutes.
It’s all electric, running off AC power or their add-on battery packs. Stack it with the 1024Wh LFP battery pack and you’ll get 8 hours of unplugged use, or add their Delta power station for a more universal power solution. Add their fold-out solar panel and you can keep it topped off while parked, too.
The new model adds automatic preset functions for different scenarios, including keeping pets safe inside a vehicle, and can also be used as a dehumidifier with a built-in water drain.
Various exhaust vent adapters and insulated ducts for both cool and hot air come with it, plus a template for anyone cutting duct holes into a cabin, vehicle, or mounting box.
MSRP is $1,299, but early bird pricing is just $849. Purchase by May 2 and the’ll throw in a free solar panel…or more, depending on what all you bundle it with.
EcoFlow Glacier dual-zone electric cooler
With a compact new form and efficient motor, the new EcoFlow Glacier electric coolers keep things cool while using minimal power and space. Opt for the built-in rechargeable battery, and it’ll run for almost two days unplugged.
A removable divider lets you set up two zones…or one big one. You can set either zone to be a fridge or a freezer, or set the whole thing in either mode, too. And a dual-opening lid lets you access it from either side.
When it’s time to charge it up or keep it on indefinitely, you can plug it in to your car, the wall, solar panels, or even USB-C. Or wire EcoFlow’s Alternator Charger into your car and it’ll keep it fully charged while you’re driving. On-board USB ports also let you charge your phone or laptop from the cooler, too.
