Available in two sizes (standard and XL), the Sparrow Adventure sleeps 2-3 people and fits on just about any vehicle with a roof rack. It builds on their original Sparrow tent by adding two standard crossbars with towers, letting you stick anything on top of it that you’d normally mount to your vehicles stock or aftermarket cross bars.
That means two bikes, a kayak, SUP or surfboards, maybe even a small cargo box. By the numbers, here’s how it measures up:

Both sizes come with a collapsible 8.5′ ladder, a ground mat, and an anti-condensation mat under the mattress. There’s even integrated LED lighting inside the tent!
It’s what’s on top that sets the Sparrow Adventure apart. There’s the crossbars, sure. But there’s also a recessed storage cubby on the back half, and it comes with a storage bag that fits neatly into that space. Got dirty clothes or gear you don’t want inside your vehicle? Just throw it in the sack, strap it on top, and you’re good to go.
Up front, the mostly flat space is perfect for mounting a flexible solar panel to it to add power to your vehicle. The standard Sparrow Adventure fits a regular 100-watt panel, and the XL fits up to a 160-watt panel (sold separately, from third parties…we like the Renogy Flexible Solar Panels)
