Ignik launched their tiny 3.8L gas growler last year, giving you an easy way to go green with a refillable solution to replace the standard green 0.9L camping fuel canisters.
Now, they’re offering it in a more durable dark blue powder coated finish, and offering it with multiple padded cozies to contain it, including a new fleece pattern. It’s also available in 5L and 10L sizes, and all canisters now have upgraded Gen 2 Valves for faster refills and smoother action.
Ignik’s Gas Growlers are basically miniature propane tanks, using the same OPD valve and connectors you’d find on a full-size backyard gas grill.
That means you can fill it up at any place, like Costco or U-Haul, that refills DOT-approved propane tanks. And these are DOT approved, with a 12-year valve certification.
All three sizes include a 4′ (1.2m) hose and padded carrying case. The tanks are pre-purged, shipped empty, and ready to be filled. Prices are $129.95 (3.8L), $149.95 (5L), and $199.95 (10L).
