If you want to upgrade your exhaust and gain ground clearance, then the Magnaflow Overland series is for you.
Available for a lot of popular overland vehicles, including Jeep Wranglers & Gladiators, Toyota 4Runner, Sequoia & Tundra, the Ford Bronco, and various Chevy/GMC trucks, their latest are for the most recent models of Toyota and Lexus’ most popular off-road vehicles – Tacoma, Land Cruiser, and the GX550.
All systems shown here are cat-back, but they also offer some axle-back systems for other vehicles. Here’s a quick look at each of the latest overland exhausts…
2024+ Toyota Tacoma Exhaust

All of their Overland exhausts are stainless steel, with a component build to make installation easier. For the Tacoma, a chambered muffler design ekes out a bit more power from the base engine.

And a resonator kills drone at highway cruising speeds. The mufflers are designed to save a bit of weight over stock systems, add a bit of performance, and improve ground clearance, particularly at the back by truncating the tip and keeping it tucked up under the vehicle.
They’re also designed to accentuate each vehicle’s engine note, letting you know it’s there, but without being so loud that you hate it on long trips.
Nevermind that 2021+ in the video thumbnail, part number 19678 is for the 2024+ Tacoma, fitting the standard L4 2.4L non-hybrid engines. Meaning, it’s for the Limited, SR5, TRD Sport, and TRD Off-Road models only, not the TRD Pro or Trailhunter.
MSRP is $1,249 and includes both the high-clearance off-road tip and a longer street version with a black-chromed tip for showing off. Switch between them with a removable clamp collar, or commit to one and weld it in place. (check price on Amazon)
2024+ Toyota Land Cruiser Exhausts

Also for the base L4 2.4L engine, it is 3″ pipes help the engine breathe easy, and switch to a rear inline resonator to kill engine drone.
MSRP is $1,200, and like all of them, it’s a direct fit replacement for the stock exhaust, just bolt it on behind the catalytic converter.
2024+ Lexus GX550 Exhausts

Prefer the growl of a V6 over inline 4 cylinders? Yeah, so do we, and this one delivers:
The matte black resonator and tip hide out under the back, keeping a stealth look to match the underbody. The exhaust joins each cylinder bank just in front of the muffler, using 3″ diameter pipe with smooth mandrel-bends.
MSRP is $1,200, and it fits all versions of the GX550 using the 3.4L V6 engine, which includes the Overtrail+ models. Lifetime warranty on all models.
