Hunter Sherpa X Expedition Vehicle is big, bad & sorta affordable

Considering the almost-a-million price tag of Earth Roamers, and that even “basic” converted Sprinters & Transits are running almost $200k, the new Sherpa X is a bargain at $175,000.

Built on the Mitsubishi Fuso commercial truck platform, it’s reinforced and modified for off-road, off-grid exploration. Three trim levels are offered, but even the base X model comes well-equipped:

  • Starting at $175,000, the Sherpa X (shown) provides a smaller habitat
  • The Sherpa XL trim ($205,000+) gets more features and customization options plus a larger 18 foot habitat.
  • The Sherpa XLE ($295,000+) gets upgraded materials, recovery equipment, and an extended 18-22 foot habitat with passthrough to the cab

All vehicles are custom built to order, starting with a lightly used, fully-serviced & updated truck with all-new build-out and materials.
