Compared to their Mark 2 model’s 2300 BTU output, the new Zero Breeze Mark 3 pumps out more than double with 5,280 BTU with only a slightly taller form factor.
It blows hot and cold, and like the others needs vent hoses to blow heat exhaust out of your tent or car…or blow the cold air in. Either way is fine, it runs quiet (just 46db), so it won’t keep you or any camping neighbors awake after quiet hours.
The Zero Breeze MKIII weighs just 19.8lb and measures 12″H x 10″W x 22″L. The active drain system pumps condensation water away from the unit, so you can easily direct it through the included hose away from your vehicle or even into a storage container for free water.
MSRP is $2,198 with a single battery pack, but it’s available on pre-order for $1,698. Ships in October or November, with bundles available with multiple and larger battery packs.
Or get it for plug-in power only for $1,299 ($1,199 on pre-order) if you already have your own power solution. It pulls anywhere from 150-550 watts, depending on how comfy you want to be (or how hot it is outside). If you’re running the standard battery pack, that’s good for 2-7 hours depending on mode and environment.
